The Clarke Services Group (originally TC Clarke and Son) is an accredited Brisbane Master Builder, offering construction, building services and maintenance for over 100 years. Established in 1919 by Thomas Charles Clarke, Clarke Services Group carries a deep care and sincerity for every construction project.
TC Clarke and Son approached CAKE with the challenge of redeveloping their business and brand to reflect their past, present and future. To respect their legacy of tradition and knowledge handed down from one generation to the next, but also to reflect their present day capability and people-first culture, and allowing them room to grow into the future.
We worked very closely with the owners to re-brand the
original business TC Clarke and Son to the Clarke Services
Group, and develop a new, bolder branding that reflected the three main tiers of their business.
CAKE constructed a full brand re-development, including a brand identity and values, as well as a new, mobile-responsive site, updated socials, supporting marketing collateral and the co-ordination of their digital transformation.

The re-alignment of TC Clarke and Sons to Clarke Services Group led to unlocking 6+ and 7+ figure contracts in a completely new industry that had previously been inaccessible to them.
Since then, CSG have gone on to win Small Employer of the Year in the 2023 TAFE Skillstech CSQ Apprentice Awards and Skills for Queensland's Medium Employer of the Year for the metropolitan region.
